Questions about a booking

We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Bookings are held by the marketplace you booked through:

GetYourGuide bookings: use the “Manage booking” link in your confirmation email or the GetYourGuide app.
Viator bookings: use your Viator itinerary or Viator’s help centre.
On the day: weather calls are made by the operator at check-in, so contact the operator named on your voucher.

Corrections

If a price, rule or route on this site is out of date, tell us which page and what changed. Operators update their listings often and we would rather fix a page than leave it wrong.
