What this site is
Franz Josef Helicopter Flights compares helicopter flights, snow landings and heli-hikes at Franz Josef and Fox Glacier. We do not operate flights and we do not take bookings. Every flight is run by an independent, licensed operator and booked through GetYourGuide or Viator.
Bookings, cancellations and refunds
- Bookings are made with, and confirmed by, GetYourGuide or Viator, under their terms: GetYourGuide terms, Viator terms.
- Cancellation terms differ by listing and are shown on each booking page. Most flights on this site allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure on GetYourGuide.
- Weather cancellations are decided by the operator, usually at check-in. Rebooking or a refund is handled by the marketplace you booked through.
- To change or cancel a booking, use your GetYourGuide or Viator confirmation, not this site.
Accuracy
We check prices, routes and rules against the listings and operators’ published terms, and date each page. Listings change, so the booking page and the operator’s own terms always take precedence over anything written here.
Operator responsibility
The operator is responsible for running the flight safely and as described, for weight, age and fitness rules, for weather decisions and for passenger safety. Follow the pilot’s and guide’s instructions at all times.
Liability
This site is a referral and information service. We are not liable for the quality or safety of a flight, for injury, loss or damage during an activity, for changes or cancellations made by an operator, or for disputes between you and an operator or marketplace.
Intellectual property
Tour photographs belong to the operators that publish them on GetYourGuide and Viator. Trademarks belong to their owners.
